Just as any other industry, higher learning institutions have to advertise too. In order for potential students to make the difficult decision on where they’ll be pursuing their studies, they need to know what your school offers. These days everyone is so busy, poring through documents to shortlist schools becomes too time consuming. A video or commercial that can capture one’s attention in just a few minutes can put your school in the first round of choices.
Not only have I been the female voice talent for a number of universities in their student outreach efforts, such as the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and American Public University, among others, I’ve also narrated in-house video for meetings, tributes and other purposes, as well as PSA’s, commercials and informational videos for Columbia University, Pearson Education, the American Federation of Teachers and more.
